UL Listed & Approved Plastic Molding
Zehrco-Giancola produces UL listed plastic bulk molding compounds and sheet molding compounds. Custom plastic parts are molded on presses between 25 and 2500 tons. 
Part sizes can range from less and one ounce to 225 pounds. Vacuum assisted molding and sequenced side pull action offer a wide array of moldable geometries. We are certified to ISO-9000-2000 in conjunction with a total quality management system.
